How to Set Up a Tax-Exempt Account

The process takes four simple steps. So here is exactly what to do:

  • 1. Create an account. First, register on our website using the “Login” button at the top right of any page.
  • 2. Submit your tax exemption certificate. Then, once you are logged in, go to My Account → Tax Exemption, complete the short form, and upload your certificate. If you would rather email it, send your certificate to info@flagworldinc.com.
  • 3. We review and approve. After that, our team reviews your request and emails you as soon as we approve your account.
  • 4. Order tax-free. Finally, log in and place your exempt orders yourself with a credit card. So your eligible orders come through tax-free.

What You’ll Need

Before we can approve your exemption, we need a few things from you:

  • A valid tax exemption or reseller certificate for your organization.
  • Your organization name.
  • Your exemption or reseller ID number, where applicable.

About Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where applicable, based on product, laws, and state sales tax thresholds. However, this can change as new tax laws take effect. So once we review and approve your exemption, your eligible orders are tax-free.
