This is a Brass 8″ Round Spear ornamental round spear for 1″, 1.25″, and 1 3/8″ diameter indoor wood flag pole, which can be used in lieu of an eagle for state, service, and organizational flags. The spear is 8″ tall. Ferrule is omitted.
